Jock the Jeep

In My day to day on October 25, 2008 at 8:09 pm

Not had much chance to get online the last couple of days so thought I would just give you a quick run down of what we’ve been up to…

25th – Went to Liverpool (nice name) to pick up our new car now officially known as “Jock the Jeep”.

After picking Jock up from the garage, we decided to let him stretch his legs… and headed to Kejimkujik Seaside (otherwise known as St. Catherines Bay Beach). We left Jock in the car park and decided to stretch our own legs. Headed long the track for about 30mins which then takes you down on to this lovely remote beach. Seen some very fat seals before we stopped for our picnic at the far end of the beach. Not bad being able to have a picnic on the beach in October huh?

23rd – Went to Halifax (big city) for medical, less said about such the better… Cheered up a little in the afternoon, when we painted our rescued from the side of the road coal scuttle. It’s now ready to have some nice bulbs planted in it! Cameron scored 370 @ Scrabble – my bad mood returned 😦
